hearts blast graves album launch!
my new split album with gemma and mel is pretty much ready to go. the launch is on december 1st at happy yess in darwin.
blastcorp and the bionic hearts are both playing acoustically, with special guests the aviators (fronted by mel’s sister shana). should be heaps of fun. currently in production making the limited edition felt pouches the CDs wil come in.

in other technical news, ive pretty much got my head around nitrotracker, a tracker program for my nintendo ds. its really fun to be able to have a sampler with built in mic and a sequencer in your pocket in case you need to make music…

also getting a monome two fifty six. what, you say? a magic box that actually lets you PLAY the laptop, not just press the odd button here and there? crazy. well you better go and check out www.monome.org/series and it will all make sense. this is very beautiful.

cake break CD launch was last night featuring 9 of darwins freshest bands, all of whom hapen to be in my rocknroll high school class. a huge night, a great success indeed! you rock: moses, the aviators, crimz on ice, the silent empire, fighting amongst angels, sabretooth, me clancy and judith, and lauren.
now dont ever stop ok!
